At Brainbox we take the completion of a written screening test very seriously. Candidates are asked to demonstrate their skills through our specialized tests
that challenge our candidates analytical abilities, experience with business intelligence data modeling and understanding of fundamental considerations
around displaying analytics meaningfully. Very close attention is paid to the results -- and to how those results are communicated.
Our tests are hard. They require intelligence, care, enthusiasm, and generally shows the very traits that are required in most BI positions. We believe that the way you complete
this test is the way you will complete your tasks on assignment.
In another regard the test is somewhat self-selective: if you are truly a “Brainbox” then you will probably enjoy our testing process because you enjoy solving the kinds of problems
presented within it.
